Food Truck, Mobile and Temporary Cooking Operations Training

Required annually per NFPA-1 2018 50.7.1.8

Effective 1 January 2021: New Fire Training is required for every food truck operator and employee. All employees must be trained in Emergency Response Procedures Annually.
